"Using the effect that you are able to look through a fans blade while it is turning and becoming transparent this concept will be a new type of sunshading device. Having a 50 % transparency on the rotating discs it appears nearly invisible under rotation, but the sun energy is taken out. Due to research tests the amount of light and energy that will pass the discs will be the same in standstill and under rotation. The black areas around the discs will be filled with PV Cells so this device will create transparency when the sun comes around by itself."
